Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, improve efficiency, and provide information to the site operator.
Agufy uses a minimal set of cookies, all of which are strictly necessary for the Service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

When you visit a payment or checkout page, Stripe may set cookies for fraud prevention and payment processing. These are set by Stripe's domain, not by Agufy. For details, see Stripe's Cookie Policy.
The marketing site (index.html) loads the Inter font from Google Fonts. Google may log standard access information (IP address, browser type) when serving the font file. No cookies are set by Google Fonts. See Google Fonts Privacy.
We do not use cookies from any other third party, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising networks.
Under EU regulations (Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, and Spain's LSSI — Ley 34/2002), strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Since all cookies set directly by Agufy are strictly necessary for the Service to function, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
Third-party cookies set by Stripe during the checkout process are also strictly necessary for payment processing.
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling Agufy's session cookie will prevent you from logging in to the Service.

As a Progressive Web App (PWA), Agufy may use browser local storage and service workers to enable offline functionality and improve performance. These technologies store data locally on your device (such as cached page assets and your language preference) and do not transmit data to third parties. You can clear this data through your browser's "Clear site data" settings.
If we introduce new cookies or change our cookie practices, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date. If we ever add non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing), we will implement a consent mechanism before they are set.
