Connect Beds24

Go to your Beds24 account → Settings → Marketplace → API. Generate an Invite Code with the right permissions, then paste it into Agufy's configuration page. That's it — bookings will sync automatically. See detailed guide.

Yes, Agufy is designed to work with Beds24. It automatically imports your rooms and bookings, so you don't need to enter data manually.

How do cleaners access the system?

Cleaners open Agufy in their phone browser — no app download required. It's a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be added to the home screen for a native-like experience.

How often do bookings sync?

Bookings sync automatically every few minutes. You can also trigger a manual sync anytime from the dashboard.

Can I customise what info appears on task cards?

Absolutely. The Field Configuration page lets you add, reorder, and map any Beds24 booking field to your cleaning task cards.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All connections use HTTPS. Beds24 tokens are stored encrypted. Each user has role-based access — cleaners only see their own tasks.

How do auto-assignment rules work?

You create rules combining conditions like day of week, specific rooms, and task type (check-out, turnover, etc.) to automatically assign the right cleaner. Rules have priorities so the first match wins. You can set daily capacity limits per cleaner, and use the Simulate button to preview assignments before applying them.

What happens when a cleaner is on vacation?

Mark their absence in the Availability page (vacation, sick leave, personal). The auto-assign engine will automatically skip them and try the next matching rule. The calendar and dashboard show visual indicators so managers always know who is available.

What counts as a "property"? How is pricing calculated?

A property in Agufy matches your Beds24 property. If you manage 10 apartments under one Beds24 property, that counts as one Agufy property — all rooms and apartments are included at no extra cost. Unlike other tools that charge per room (€3–€20/room/month), Agufy charges one flat fee per property regardless of how many rooms it contains.
